The cut-off time for the “first day”
(the day the order is placed) is 10am plant time of the time zone of the where the production facility is located.
Order must be placed, payment completed, and artwork placed into the print queue before the cut-off time to qualify. Production times do not guarantee that the order will be completed in time to make the last UPS pickup for the day. If you have a tight deadline, best to pay for a next-day rush (when available), to ensure on-time arrival of your order.
Artwork and/or payment issues may result in the postponement of production. Estimated Delivery will be recalculated once any issues have been resolved.
Free shipping is for UPS Ground only.
