Your order is important to us. Our goal is that you will become a repeat customer and tell your friends and colleagues about Summit Printing.

All orders are professionally inspected prior to printing. Your art files will be checked prior to printing for low-resolution images, document size, safe zones, bleed, color space, and other technical issues. We will notify you if we discover images that are sub-standard, or other issues that are a concern.

Most of the full color marketing material is printed on photo-quality presses at an amazing 500 DPI resolution. All orders are quality-inspected before they leave the plant. In the unlikely event that your printing is lacking in acceptable quality, the specifications differ from what you ordered, or the printing content differs from the proof you approved, we will issue a reprint of your merchandise or refund your money.

Please note: In order to issue a refund or reprint, we may need to arrange for a pickup of your damaged or defective order. Please contact us for assistance with processing your request before disposing of or returning any merchandise.

If you are providing the digital artwork for your printing, please be sure to run spell-check prior to submitting them to print. Make certain that your files do not contain spelling typos or any other typographical errors (paying special attention to phone numbers, addresses, etc.). If Summit Printing is designing the artwork for your project, you will be sent a digital soft proof (PDF) prior to printing. Please check your proof carefully, and make no assumptions that anything is correct.

We will let you know if we happen to notice any typos or serious grammatical errors that we discover during the inspection process. But keep in mind that, as with any printing company, reprints due to typographical errors of any kind after your approval are solely at customer expense.

— Production Schedules —

All production times are good-faith estimates. While we will make every effort to complete your order within the estimated production time, there is NOT a money-back guarantee if it ships later than expected. In some case, an order is finished on time, but after the time of the last UPS truck pickup fo r the day; and will thus be shipped the following day. If your order included additional PAID rush fees, the rush fees ard refundable, but not the base cost of the item.

If you are unfamiliar with the differences in paper thicknesses and types, or want to see printed samples, free samples of our printing are available by request. Samples are sent by regular US mail from our corporate address.

Please note that we may not have samples available of all products/specifications that we can produce. If you need them immediately you will need to pay for the shipping by either providing your FedEx Account number, or email us a UPS label.

Your privacy is important to us.
We use the information you provide only for placement of printing order(s) and for correspondence concerning pertaining to the order(s). You will NOT be added to a mailing list. We use your email address only for questions concerning your order(s), receipts and shipment notifications and any professional assistance required therein.

Occasionally we may email coupons or notification of new products, but such emails are rare, typically not more than once a year.

Returns / Refunds / Reprint Policy

We guarantee that our printing will not be defective or of poor quality in accordance with industry standards. In the unlikely event that an issue were to arise, contact Customer Service and a Summit Printing representative will be pleased to help address any issues you have with your printing order.

If you believe your print job is defective, of poor quality, or in other ways unacceptable, please contact Summit Printing IN WRITING via email within six (6) business days of receiving your printing. If you do not contact us within this time frame, it will be assume that your job was satisfactory upon receipt, and Summit Printing will be under no obligation to provide a refund nor a reprint. Once contacted, our quality control department will then determine if a reprint or refund is appropriate, or to advise you that more information is needed to process your inquiry. If we request additional information to verify an inquiry, and it is not provided within a reasonable time, we will then be under no obligation to provide a refund or reprint. If we determined that a product is in fact defective, or has not otherwise met our professional obligations, one of the following two resolutions will be offered:

  1. 1. We will reprint the print job with rush production.
  2. 2. We will refund the original order price.

We reserve the right to request samples of any allegedly defective merchandise as evidence prior to either of the above resolutions being agreed to.

A representative of Summit Printing will generally contact you within 24-48 hours of us making the determination that a reprint (or refund) is appropriate in order to confirm the approved solution. If you do not make contact with our representative within five (5) business days of their first attempt to contact you with the approved solution, it will be assumed that the issue has been otherwise resolved, and no reprint or refund will be given. Once the approved solution is agreed then, unless we agree otherwise, you may be asked to return the entire original print order to us, at the address provided by our Customer Service representative, within 15 calendar days after the date the solution is approved.

A refund or reprint will only be possible after an approved solution has been authorized and, unless we agree otherwise, provided that the entire original print order has been returned to Summit Printing and received by us. When applicable, a refund will be issued within 10 business days of our receipt of the original product order. A reprint will begin rush production within one (1) business day of our confirmed receipt of the product or such earlier time as we may agree to.

The forgoing is Summit Printing's sole responsibility with respect to a defective order. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the order.

The following are some guidelines and examples of issues that do not constitute grounds for a refund, or a return or reprint of a product:

  1. An order that is refused at time of delivery or undeliverable orders. (We will reship the product at the customer's expense if requested).
  2. The product is lost, delayed or returned to us due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address. (For product that is later found or that is returned to us we will reship the package with a corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment).
  3. Product that is delayed in production and/or shipping as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information.
  4. Product that incurs a higher shipping charge as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information.
  5. Product that is delayed in production and/or shipping as a result of shipping company delays, acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, international customs issues, and any other circumstances that are beyond our direct control.
  6. Product that has experienced a color shift during the conversion to CMYK format, for example as a result of having been submitted by the customer in RGB or PMS Pantone colors. Errors that are contained in the uploaded customer file, e.g., misspelling, graphics, bleeds, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, wrong cuts, incorrect or missing folds, die lines, crop marks, transparency, overprint, and finished product size. Summit Printing does not make any changes on customer files.
  7. Product that experiences print or images that are fuzzy, pixilated or otherwise distorted as a result of the customer providing artwork that is not at a minimum of 300 DPI at 1:1 ratio (or 100%) and/or in CMYK mode.
  8. Products that do not exactly match color or ink density. Summit Printing does not color match or match customer specified ink density.
  9. An inability to print or write on the product, unless the product description states otherwise. A typical UV coated product cannot be printed or written upon. Matte finished products may or may not accept printing or writing. We recommend that you order a sample from us and test it using the printer you will use before placing a final order. Summit Printing is not responsible for an inability to print or write on a Product, unless the product specifically states that it is suitable for this purpose.
  10. Orders that are duplicated as a result of customer error.
  11. Orders that are canceled after the order has entered into production (or any process thereafter).
  12. Orders that contain dated materials that arrive after the relevant date or with insufficient time to use the material as intended. It is a customer's responsibility to allow sufficient time when placing an order for time sensitive materials.
  13. A customer's violation of any of the terms and conditions governing the use of Summit Printing's website and/or ordering of product.
  14. Viruses, worms, Trojan horses and other forms of harmful or malicious code that are not detected or removed using Summit Printing's standard virus/malicious code detection procedures.
  15. Loss, corruption of, or damage to your personal information, Customer Content, order history or related information that is stored by Summit Printing.
  16. Our failure to notify you of any delay, loss or damage in connection with your printed products or shipment or any inaccuracy in such notice.
  17. The release of an order by the shipper without obtaining a signature.

Please note that Summit Printing's provision of advice, assistance or guidance, either on this Website or via our Customer Service representatives, does not constitute an acceptance of responsibility or liability for any problems that may arise in connection with any print order or services provided.

Terms and Conditions

Customer Provided Content

For certain product and service offerings you may elect to electronically upload or otherwise submit data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials (collectively, "Customer Content") to Summit Printing for inclusion in print products. You understand and agree that you (and any other person from how it may have originated) are solely responsible for all Customer Content. When you upload, or otherwise provide Customer Content to Summit Printing you warrant and confirm that you either own the copyright to or have permission to copy any documents, text, graphics, photographs, etc., that you submit for inclusion in the print process, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Summit Printing and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders agent and affiliates, harmless from any suit, demand, or claim arising out of any breach of this warranty and agree to pay any judgment or reasonable settlement offer resulting from any such suit, demand or claim, and to pay any attorney's fees incurred by Summit Printing in defending against such suit, demand or claim.

You agree that you will not send, upload, post or otherwise transmit to Summit Printing any Customer Content that contains material that: (i) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, and/or obscene; (ii) which invades another person's privacy; (iii) which would further the commission or concealment of a crime; (iv) advocates or urges treason, insurrection, sedition or forcible resistance to any law of the United States; (v) is not lawfully yours to transmit; (vi) is the subject of, or which infringes upon, any patent, trademark, trade name, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, moral right or other intellectual property right of another person or entity; (vii) contains software viruses, Trojans, malware, or other harmful or malicious computer code, or that in any other way would way interfere with or disrupt the services and/or production and/or any servers or networks connected to or used in connection with the delivery of such service and production.

You acknowledge that Summit Printing does not pre-screen Customer Content, but that Summit Printing reserves the right to do so at any time and that Summit Printing and its affiliates shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any Customer Content and/or to refuse to fulfill a print job or order that violates these Site Terms or that may otherwise be objectionable. You further acknowledge and agree that Summit Printing may preserve Customer Content and may also disclose Customer Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce these Site Terms; (c) respond to claims that the Customer Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Summit Printing, its employees, users and the public in general.

Summit Printing, together with its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates or subsidiaries, shall not be responsible for any direct damages, and shall not provide any credit, refund or adjustment of any kind or nature that is in excess of the amount actually paid to summit printing (after accounting for and deducting, as applicable, special offers, discounts, rewards points, etc.) for the printed product (and shipping costs if applicable) at issue.

Under no circumstances will Summit Printing be liable to you in any way for any site content you may be exposed to that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable.


The Site Terms and your use of this Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without resort or giving effect to conflict of law provisions. Regardless of where you access this site, you agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Site Terms and/or your use of this Website shall be filed and adjudicated only in the federal or state courts located in Lee's Summit, Missouri, and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or under these Site Terms and or your use of this Website. You agree that you shall indemnify and defend and hold Summit Printing and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers and representatives, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) that, directly or indirectly, arise out of or are related to: (i) your breach of any provision of the Site Terms; (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to an allegation that any Customer Content provided by You, or any other text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into products or services ordered from this Summit Printing, that was not part of the standard Site Contents, infringes up the rights of a third party (iii) and/or (c) any of your activities conducted in connection with this Website, your use thereof, and/or the products and services ordered through this Website.
